Our Story
2023 — Where It All Began
Our journey started with an apartment rental company in Aarhus, managing more than 31 apartments.
Through over 4,500 short-term reservations on platforms like Airbnb and Booking.com, we gained valuable experience in hospitality, guest expectations, and the importance of reliable cleaning services.
2025 — Building Our Expertise
We brought cleaning operations in-house and handled about 250 cleanings per month.
During 2025, we completed more than 3,000 cleanings and achieved an average guest rating of 4.85 out of 5.
Late 2025 — Shyne Was Born
With years of practical experience behind us, Shyne was created with a new ambition:
To bring great people, modern technology and exceptional hospitality together to help transform a traditional industry.
2026 — A New Chapter
With clear structures and an ambitious growth strategy, we're building Shyne for the future.
Our focus is on welcoming new clients, developing our team, and delivering consistently great experiences.

We also serve surrounding areas, including Djursland, where we've expanded our services in connection with our collaboration with Landfolk that rents out summer houses.
By organizing our work geographically, we can create efficient schedules while maintaining the quality and reliability our clients expect.

Every time we enter a client's home or workplace, we represent Shyne.
We don't have a complicated dress code, but we always expect a clean, professional, and presentable appearance.
What to Wear
Shyne apparel: Always wear your Shyne T-shirt or other Shyne apparel when available, unless your assignment requires otherwise.
Black clothing: If you don't have Shyne apparel, a plain black T-shirt or top is preferred.
Pants: Black, work-appropriate pants are preferred.
Shoes: Comfortable, clean, and suitable working shoes.
Personal appearance: Arrive clean and well-groomed.
Socks: Always wear socks when working in a home where shoes must be removed.
Note: Different clothing requirements may apply when working at Selected Homes apartments.
